Notes from ninjadave: As with the AFTK show that Dan taped, the recording, although extremely good, suffered from low volume and channel imbalances. There were some other major volume drops as well. With just a relatively small volume boost (2-3dbs) and balancing, the show is much improved IMO, and this show is killer to start with. I added a small amount of EQ to the low end only (warmth), and I mean small. This helped give the bass and kick drum a little more pop.
Other edits include: 1. Re-tracked some songs - I like the song intros at the beginning of the track. 2. Combined the encore songs - who is gonna listen to just one and not them all? 3. Patched in the missing section of Hemispheres-Prelude - used Tucson 78' SBD. 4. Patched in the missing section of 2112-The Temples - used Tucson 78' SBD. 5. Improved the major volume drop in the left channel b/t Xanadu and The Trees. 6. Improved the major volume drop in the left channel at beginning of SfN. 7. Tried to knock down the more significant claps, whistles and clicks but they are throughout the show. I love the audience feedback!! 8. Knocked down the couple instances where there was loud amp feedback.
